From the statue of the "Casa della Giovane Giovanni XXIII" di Piacenza:
Art. 6- To extend its activity the association invites the collaboration of the generous people who share the validity and scope of the association, even if they do not become members, such members are known as co-operators.
Art. 7- The association is governed by a board of directors, composed of five members, three of the board of directors are nominated by the Congregation of "Figlie Della Madonna Del Divino Amore", (Daughters Of Our Lady Of Divine Love), one from the members as their representative and the other will be nominated by the bishop of Piacenza.
The council remains in office for three years. The same members can be reconfirmed.
The administration of the "Casa della Giovane Giovanni XXIII" is entrusted to the Congregation of "Figlie della Madonna del Divino Amore" of Rome since 1968.
