All the rooms are single rooms and are equipped with bathrooms. Such rooms are well-lit and comfortable.
The structure is equipped with a common room for breakfast, a tv-room and a social room for games and welcoming.
In order to preserve a familiar ambient, the college does not have a porter's lodge and every student receives the key of the main door, trusting that a sane sense of responsibility will help the guests in growing in their respect of the community.

Because of a specific pedagogical value, each room, without personal linens and towels, must be maintained tidy and clean by the guests. The rooms are cleaned by specialized personnel three times a week. The college does not offer a refectory service, because there are canteens in the neighborhoods of the universities. In the neighborhoods of the monastery you can find a gym, sport facilities and a laundry service.
