The monthly fee will be settled during upon arrival and at the beginning of every
month (however not after the 10th day of every month).
The monthly fee includes:
- daily cleaning (from Monday to Saturday) of the common areas (kitchen - laundromat - bathrooms in the floor);
- weekly cleaning of the rooms, with change bed sheets and towels;
- Ordinary consumptions of electricity, water and gas.
To avoid abuses the personal meters will be read, and in case of incorrect use (above the average), a contribution will be asked apart, according to the current rates.
